These terms and conditions apply to individuals who have consented to receive text message communications from DayOne Credit and its affiliated third-party bankruptcy car loan brokers and lenders (collectively, "Lenders").
If you have consented, you will receive text messages (the "SMS service") to the mobile telephone number you have provided at opt-in about your loan inquiry. The SMS service will include communications about your bankruptcy and credit history, your employment and income, the vehicle you wish to finance, and so forth (collectively, the "Content").
The number of text messages you receive will vary in frequency, but the SMS service will continue on a recurring basis until you opt-out.
By consenting, you authorize DayOne and Lenders to deliver or cause to be delivered the Content using automated technology, which may include an automatic telephone dialing system. You are not required to consent to receive the Content as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from DayOne or Lenders. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
